TREEMASTER TREE CARE SERVICE

Tree Master was recommended to me through my city's Facebook group. Matt a pleasure to work with. He came to do an estimate and sent me the details very soon after I contacted him. After scheduling, we had some weather issues, but he kept me updated as to when he was coming. They did a great job, exactly what I asked for, and the areas were cleaned up as well! I would definitely hire again!

I was supposed to have service last year but Matt had a medical emergency and I did not know that. He recently contacted me and I told him I expected him last September and he told me about the emergency. His team came out today and did the job as requested plus a few extras. I am very pleased with the service I received and would not hesitate to hire his team again.

TreeMaster Tree Care Service provided an estimate, thoroughly explaining what would be done. Although I had estimates from other tree-service companies, I appreciated the detailed quote which helped me to better understand what's involved in removing a tree. One other tree-service company merely wrote his estimate on the back of a business card. 

Matt came out and gave me a price when promised.  That was the best part of the ordeal.
I returned the signed contract as instructed and waited for the call to schedule the job.  I never heard back.  I finally called, and Matt seemed surprised to hear that I had returned the signed contract.  He had to call the office to verify it.  He gave me a window of which week he thought he could get the job done.  Missed the window.  Bad weather delay.  Gave and missed another window.  He finally called with a date and approximate time.  I had to be away from the house at that time, but when I returned the tree was gone.  Very well done.  No damage, no mess of wood chips, no drag marks in the yard.  However, he was also supposed to remove branches I had previously trimmed from the tree.  The contract states: Chip and Haul all brush from property.  This was not done.  Also, I have not yet received the bill.  It is a month later and I would like the job completed, and to settle the bill.
In short, the work which was completed was done well, but the job was not finished, and it didn't seem terribly professional.

As described, it didn't go at all.  No show.

They did really well and I am happy with their service. I felt like they knew what they were doing. We have used them before. I will use them again in the future.

    I came home at 5pm. on Friday to fiend 4 yards of BROWN or NATURAL mulch put in the middle of my new driveway I called them as soon as I saw it. but got only an answering machine all 3 times i called that evening. I did not have use of my driveway that night. The next morning I placed several more calls from 7:30 am until noon and only got an answering machine!. On Sunday and the next 5 days thunder storms where coming in, so I did what I had to do but did not wont to do, I moved the much to around my homes bushes knowing I would now have BROWN mulch, a color in my landscape I did not wont but can be changed next year to black. later Saturday evening thy finally called and said thy would come back the following WEEK to get the mulch form my driveway. I told them it was to late and I would not have waited several days to have it removed and I did not wont to have anything to do with them again.      This first & only experience with them tells me thy are careless,unresponsive to customer meeds,dose not listen to the customer and will only do things at there convenience not the customers! I can NOT recommend them and will never use any of there services again!!

Overall, we were not completely satisfied. They took too many branches off the trees. We just wanted the lower branches removed for the grass to grow underneath, but they went a lot higher.

When I came home, they had removed the hanging branches, but they had not touched any of the dead branches in the yard, nor had they removed any of the balloons. I spoke with the manager, and the he came out and said the evaluation form did not include this work. I had asked for this specifically when they came out initially, but he insisted that it was not on the form and that I must be "very confused." I also overheard him saying to his crew when I came back outside to remove the balloons because they didn't want anyone "whining and crying" about balloons. Eventually, they agreed to do the work, but not without much deliberation and extreme rudeness and a lack of professionalism on their part. Not only that, but there are still trees that should have been trimmed, but were still in the yard. In addition, I feel I should mention that his crew was smoking in the lawn while doing the work and afterwords.

The job appeared to go as agreed to, with the tree being cut down and removed the same day. Very little damage had been done to lawn, and most, if not all of the tree, was hand carried out. The stump was ground out. The agreement stipulated that I remove the wood chips and grade the lawn. When I started to do this, I discovered that a large portion of the stump was still inground. I contacted the contractor and asked if he could come back to finish grinding out the stump, to which he agreed to do within the following week. To make a long story short, it took multiple phone calls and several more weeks before I finally got the contractor to return to finish the job.
