Very professional service, they even helped us move out our couch and recliner when they showed up, which they didn't charge for. Great service and friendly people.

Excellent, hard-working and they did a better job than any carpet cleaning service I have used.   Although they charged more than other carpet cleaning services, they did a better job.  I would definitely use them again.  Professional, courteous, prompt and responsible.

The crew of John and Dave were very professional, very nice and seemed customer oriented. They explained what they would do, why they would do it, how they would do it and what I could do in the future to clean stains. They did a super job and the carpets came out much, much better than I thought. I lookforward to their return to keep our carpets looking great.

I called them immediately because I needed the smell gone quickly due to my asthma. They advertised 3 rooms for $95 and that’s about how big my house is so I went for it. They cleaned 2 rooms and a hallway. Then they “sold me” on services that were not needed. I feel that they took advantage of me because of my health conditions at the time. I just wanted the smell gone. When all was said and done, my bill ended up being over $300 which was not what was advertised. I put in a complaint with the BBB and it took them a year to two years to respond to it. They obviously don’t care about customers if it takes that long to respond. When they finally did, they stated that I wanted all my money back, which wasn’t true. I only wanted back what I was taken advantage of. Terry Lazar is the owner and he never once returned a single call that I made to him.

They gave me great customer service! This was very well done. I had some tar that was tracked onto my carpet and they were able to lift the majority of it and that I appreciated. They were also able to remove some stains from a new puppy.

They got mad at me for questioning their pricing, because they were trying to tell me it was going to be two times the original cost estimate. I told them I wouldn't do it for $1000 and that they needed to have someone call me. A man called to schedule the work and told me it would be $500 for the cleaning and sealing. They did a poor job with the cleaning, missed spots, and I'm not even sure that they sealed it or not. They were mad about the price the whole time they were here.

THE CARPET HAD A NUMBER OF SPOTS WHICH WERE CLEANED UP NICELY. THE CREW WAS VERY THOROUGH. EVERYTHING WAS VERY CLEAN WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. THEY SOLD ME A SPOT REMOVER ($14.05 INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL PRICE STATED ABOVE) AND A SPOT SCRAPER TO GO WITH IT. I HAVE USED IT ONCE AND IT WORKS WELL. JOHN AND GENE WORKED WELL TOGETHER AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT.

THEY MANAGED TO REMOVE STAINS THAT I THOUGHT WERE THERE FOREVER.

A TEAM OF TWO MEN (MOST OTHER COMPANIES USED ONLY ONE) ARRIVED ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY MOVED ALL FURNITURE WHICH HAD BEEN EMPTIED OF BREAKABLES--INCLUDING A VERY HEAVY HUTCH.
