The service was fine. He was good. I did not have any problems or any complaints. I like the fact that it is a one-man operation, and he takes care of the people he deals with which is good. Sometimes, it is hard to get of hold of him in a timely fashion because he is a one-man operation.

Mr. S was one of four heating and cooling professionals I spoke with regarding the replacement of my furnace. It's old, and it wasn't doing the job, and I thought I ought to get a jump on it. He was the last of the four. While the other four did song and dance routines about furnaces and offered huge bids, Mr. S. said my furnace just needed the blower fixed, and it would heat the house fine. He was adamantly opposed to replacing my furnace. I liked his attitude. His repair got much more heat pouring out of the vents faster. It was amazing! He said he'd be happy to replace the furnace when it needed to be replaced, not before. I will certainly call him when the time comes. And I'll get him to tune up my AC too. The other furnace guys said I needed to replace my AC because it was 15 years old, Mr. S. said it hasn't been used anywhere near 15 years, not in NE Ohio. So, I'm not replacing the AC until it breaks!

Jeff is a very friendly guy, who knows his business. He completed the work a lot quicker than I expected and made the service call at my, not his convenience. I inquired about a possible humidifier and he gave me a comprehensive over view of options. The same with Air Conditioning. I couldn't help but notice he never tried to sell me anything, but when the time comes for further work, I'm going to call him.

HAS DONE REGULAR ROUTINE CLEANING FOR MEMBER FOR SEVERAL YEARS. LOCATED AND FIXED SQUEAK IN HUMIDIFER. FRIENDLY.
