Pine Ridge Remodeling

HORRIBLE!!!!! Rick took my money on day 1 and hasn't been seen or heard from since! Sent idiot sub contractor Dan out to do the work and he only showed up once before being fired and then he was only 8 hours late. No-showed 4 more times and that's when I fired them. Rick will NOT return a single call or text and he himself has NOT made a single appearance since he took my money for the down payment on the job. He used to live across the street from me so I trusted him but I have since learned he didn't move, he got kicked out of their by his land land who he used to do some work for who has nothing nice to say about him or his work and told my I'm wasting my time trying to get my money back from Rick because I likely won't be able to find him and even if I do, you can't get blood from a rock. He has a few other reviews out there on other sites and clearly I am NOT the only he has screwed over!!!!! He has reviews from customers and even his own workers that say he 'robs his customers' and does crappy work...if he even does any work.

See above...things went very well.  One of the other things that was good was that when everything was finished Rick came back to look it all over, make sure he was satisfied and told me to call if anything needed attention after we started using things. 

In addition to the tub/shower area they scraped and painted the plaster wall above the tile that was awful.  Now it looks so much better.

It may take a few days to get a response when using email; calling might be quicker, but allow a few days for response. 

Overall, they did a great job; didn't mind having them here to work; they were all nice to the pets, thoght I kept the pets out of the way for the most part;  plan to use them again; have continued to call individuals for their specialty when needed for smaller jobs.
