I have been very happy with Personal Systems Plus. Mike Isabella, the onsite technician, is very knowledgeable and proficient. When I call for service, Mike is onsite either the same day or the next. Equipment under service is HP/Compaq and a few Okidata dot matrix printers. Mike will make the extra effort with HP to make sure your equipment is repaired and functioning. He will not sell you service/parts that you do not need.
