Greenhouse and Nursery Service, Mulch and Topsoil Service
The good news was that I was able to order online. (I tried ordering over the phone. Left a message but they never returned my call). The price of the mulch was also reasonable. During the online order process I was asked for two delivery dates. I specifically asked for an early morning deliver. Other than an e-mail receipt, I never heard from them. On the morning of the requested delivery, no mulch and no phone call from the company. I called and spoke to Brittany (who was very polite) and indicated that there were still two deliveries ahead of me. She acknowledged the request for an early morning delivery and told me that she moved me up in the schedule. The mulch was delivered two hours later.
I would order from them again only if I didn't need the mulch in a timely manner. Perhaps the other locations are more customer service oriented.
