The overall experience was fantastic!  The work was performed on my mother's house.  Bob came out and took the time to explain everything in detail to both my mother and myself.  He gave us different options and we decided to choose his firm to do the work.  The job was strted when he said he would and was completed on time.  The entire transaction was handled very professionally (yet friendly) and the cleanup afterward was great.  I highly recommend MacGregor's.

I  live on lake erie and we experience high winds very often. I wanted a roofing company that would installed a high wind resistant roof. I insisted that every shingle have a extra nail in it. Bob was on the job site every day checking the work being done. The yard was cleaned up every day . Two weeks later there was a huge wind storm and bob came out a gave a roof inspection with a thumbs up.
