Just Lawns By Chris

Chris has been doing this for 7 years but this year shows up infrequently, after many reminder calls. He now insists on being paid in cash.

I originally called Chris because my lawn mower was broken and unable to be repaired, just before I was going out of town. 

When I came home and saw the quality of the work that was done, better than I could do myself, I opted to get a contract.

Instead of paying weekly, Chris allowed me to pay for the season up front. 

He does a good job of keeping my beds clean.  He just started aerating lawns, useful for keeping the grass maturing properly.

I had to call and remind them to come and remove the snow.

Poorly. The snow plow service was good, but they damaged my home. In exchange for the money owed for the home damage they offered to do five lawn mows, but only showed up for two. They have not responded to phone calls and a legal letter.

I called today to sign up for snow removal for the rest of the season for my mother's house in Euclid. They went out immediately and inn addition to doing her drive they will also do her sidewalks and steps. Very professional and polite. Easy to deal with.

When my snow plow operator took ill, I thought I was in trouble, but Just Lawns by Chris agreed to pick up the slack. He was willing to take on the job for half the season, and add the second half if needed. He was out the same day I called him, gave a price, put in stakes, and left the paper work. When my provider recovered, Chris agreed to leave his stakes in until the season ends. In the meantime, Chris arrived several times to remove snow which was probably less than 2 inches. He has a partner who leaves the truck to cover areas the truck can't reach. We have a long L-shaped driveway and they did a good job of cleaning it in a timely fashion.
