John Sintic. Extremely fabulous carpenter/builder. He was jovial and his workers were very nice and experienced. We could always reach him on his cell phone. He did much of the work himself and was a perfectionist. He made changes from the architectural plan to suit us. He added heat and extra electric plugs. He was not the cheapest, but I know he was the best we ever had.
