 + -1 moreJohn Sintic. Extremely fabulous carpenter/builder. He was jovial and his workers were very nice and experienced. We could always reach him on his cell phone. He did much of the work himself and was a perfectionist. He made changes from the architectural plan to suit us. He added heat and extra electric plugs. He was not the cheapest, but I know he was the best we ever had.
Description of Work: Built custom sized multi purpose pool house. Roof line matches custom built house. Changing rooms outdoor and indoor showers, bathroom. Built indoor kitchen, outdoor kitchen, stone patio adjoins pool landing. Bigger doors.
