Contractor responded within minutes of my inquiry, showed up on time 6/21/18, gave an reasonable estimate and did repair work. He pointed out the issues, how he addressed them and gave us assurance that the leaks have been resolved. However, the next rain proved that the job had NOT fix the leak issues. Numerous voicemail calls to 440-364-9644 for him to return have gone unanswered and one appointment was missed without notice or followup. Dining room ceiling plaster about to fall. Garage drywall ceiling still wet.

To begin with, this company didn't try to oversell me. Many others that I called never came out to inspect job, refused to service existing gutter guard, and in at least one case insisted I needed to replace not only my gutter guard but also my gutters - ignoring the fact that based upon past experience with my gutters and gutter guard, I expected they would function adequately if the work described below were performed. Then after clearing top of downspouts, closed off and anchored ends of gutter guard over downspouts. Corrected gaps in gutter guard discovered elsewhere upon inspection; for example, chipmunks had apparently chewed hole in one section. Won't know until it next rains if any problems still need to be addressed.

We contacted them because our garage was leaking and they came out and put on a new roof on the garage.  We had them look at the roof on our house and replace some shingles that had blown off.  They recommended that we get a new roof on the house before winter and we contacted them and the owner came out to look at the roof one day the next day when I arrived home the roof was done.  We were very pleased with both jobs that they did for us.

They did a good job. They did what they said they were gonna do and he was very quick to come out to give the estimates. There were some issues regarding the placements of the skylights that I was uncertain of so the roof got torn up and I realized that I was gutting the inside of the ceiling. There was just a question on where to place the skylights and the guy who he had running the job, I think he was proactive. He asked the right questions and he clearly understood the placement of the skylight and explained to me what was gonna be done. I liked this guy. Their price was not the cheapest but I just had this good feeling about it and I just went with it. I like the job and I paid what I paid. The job was done quickly, they cleaned up and they followed up. There was a little misunderstanding that wasn't on paper and he made good on it. He came first and consulted me and in the end he was very professional.

This year I had a new company work on my roof as I had a leak in my dinning room window on a 6 year old roof.  I wondered if work done by J. Leonardi may have caused it. While doing this work the defuser in the sky tube fell out of the kitchen ceiling. When Leonardi installed the tube in kitchen he had trouble installing the defuser.  I have made three call and left messages  and sent a message through Angies list. My calls were not returned.  On his bill he wrote life time warranty. What ever that means. What protection do I have against these so called professionals.  Am I suppose to hire someone to fix his mistake?  I also worned him I was going to file a complaint He came out fast enough to get the job. We should have more protection from these people, they take our money and run. Half of them work out of thier kichens and say they are a bussines. Ohio should have stronger laws.

Professional from start to finish. Called on his way with apologies because he was running 10 minutes late. Gave an accurate estimate and time frame (next day). Did a great job (the neighbors commented on how good the new flashing looks), and left no mess what so ever. Job was done with particular attention to detail and aesthetics.

It went very good. The price was right and everything went very well. He did excellent. He was very professional and prompt.

After the first major rain, the roof started to leak. I had a third party inspector come out to do an inspection of the roof, and informed the company of the inspector coming out, however they still would not cooperate. He is totally unprofessional. I had no conversation with him since December 7th. Finally he contacted me by phone and he said understood that we had someone else fix the roof and he wanted to know how we could resolve the issue. he said  he would reimburse me a specific amount of money. I said I would accept the amount offered to settle. I have not heard from him since.

The owner ( Josh Leonardi) came to our home promptly to give us quotations and then did the work in a very prompt fashion--a contractor who shows up and render services promptly--what a novel concept!  We had tried to get ice cables installed by another roof/gutter company but after saying they could do the work, they never did it . J Leonardi supplied the whole team ( roofers and electrican) to get the cables installed  and to give us an indoor switch from which we can control the cables.  I did not shop that much but I thought that the services provided were a good value--especially because the work was completed in a timely manner.

He did a nice job and I am very happy with the service.
