He wrote a note for me that I presented to the inspector and for my lawyer. He was kind and intelligent and knew exactly what he was talking about. He was trustworthy and if I needed any heating and cooling work in the future, I will call him. He was professional. He did not charge me for anything.

Ron and his staff were very courteous of our schedule to work in an install time. Their work was fast and well-done. The equipment has been working flawlessly since the install and we couldn't be happier. They discussed our options of equipment before the install and recommended the best one based on our budget. Great Lakes Heating and Cooling does superb work.

I have an annual contract with them, and I find their service to be most agreeable. They are reliable enough, affordable and honest. As far as I can tell, they have never tried to tell me I needed a repair when I did not. They are a local company. I had another company doing the work prior to them, and when I would dial their phone number, I would get to talk to somebody in Iowa, which is why I changed providers. I would rate Great Lakes Heating and Cooling highly and would use them again in the future.
