We went there to look for our new house about a month ago. We are going back to buy some new gas logs. We were interested in gas logs and converting our fire place into a gas fire place. We went in there and liked their selection of doors and logs. They were really knowledgable and helpful so we went with them.

Gas fireplace logs were sooting and flame appeared to burn improperly. I called Gas & Grill on March 3rd and was given a service appointment for March 4 between 1 and 3 pm. On March 4 I received a call stating that the morning appointment had cancelled and I could be seen earlier. We agreed on 11am. The serviceman arrived at 11:20am and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He also tested the unit for carbon monoxide emission as an added service. I appreciated that extra service.

When I first went into the store, I knew that I needed a certain color and style but did not want to spend a huge amount of money. The salesperson listened to me and helped me select an inexpensive (but beautiful) pair of doors. He then arranged for the area to be measured and the doors to be installed. The doors are perfect and the installation was on-time and well done!

They were polite, friendly, and everything you want when hiring someone. They got here when it was dark and did the work with flashlights. I couldn't believe how clean everything was. They did everything they were supposed to do and more. They were superb and I couldn't be more pleased. It looks like a brand new gas light.
