I have been having the car serviced there for more than 20 years. At this point I am a loyal customer. I don't remember how long it took, but I am going to say about 2 hours. You don't come in contact with the workers. You only come in contact with the service writer, the person at the service desk. You don't actually deal with the people that do the work. I think their management philosophy is deteriorating of the responsiveness of the customer. The dealership changed hands a couple of years ago, and there is totally different philosophy in management then there was. It was a family owned business. Since it's no longer a family owned business things are not quite as responsive and professional and they should be.

My daughter was coming home and at the last minute she told me her car needed an oil change.  I called on Wednesday to see if there was anyway to get her car in on Friday since she was coming in from out of town.  Even with no available appointments they were able to squeeze her in.  They provided updates throughout the day and were very thoughtful and courtesy.   We have purchased our cars from there since the late 90's and always take our car there for service.  The few times we didn't, we got outrageous estimates or it resulted in additional problems.  We learned our lesson and do not go to anyone else.  We are confident we will be taken care of, the workmanship will be top quality and we are confident we are not being sold a bill of goods.

The sales team and finance person were great! The whole process from the test drive to the purchase went really well. The only drawback was the availability of in stock dealer installed accessories It took me a week to get them in and installed. They did get me a loaner car for the day though.

I don’t have that vehicle and so I don’t use them anymore. Their cost was higher. The service was fine and did it within time. They scheduled routinely and I had no issues.

We had several problems that we don't think had been taken care of. WE felt as though they were not worth the money, the price was very high. On the positive side they were very punctual though.

I took my car to have the air conditioner replaced. They are outstanding on service. I think there prices are fare and they are very courteous,They charge sometimes less then private places. You can bring your car in the night before and they will give you a ride home. I bought my car there and I would buy another one.

Fred-Vincent VW is always very efficent and they are usually very good about having the work done when they say it will be done. They are very honest and professional.

They are a very reliable company. They give a good time estimate on how long it will take to do the work. They call to give you an estimate of how much it is going to cost if you decide you want them to do the work.

They are awesome! We will continue to use them and have even recommend them to others! They are a great company to work with. Even the owner comes down and talks with you when you're there.

THEY ARE VERY HONEST and FAIRLY PRICED.
