I have an old house with two sides, and so I needed to replace two doorbells. I thought it would be simple. I had a service provider give me an estimate to replace my doorbell, and they quoted $400. Dave, on the other hand, replaced the doorbells, fixed an outlet, and did the work on the TV cable for just $100. He was here a couple of hours and did everything, and he cleaned up after himself. I think that he?s in the business because he enjoys his work.

I got a new toilet and Dave installed it. He is very reasonable and a nice guy. He also installed a kitchen cabinet last year and has done some handyman work for my mom. Weve never had any problems with him.

HE CHARGED ME $35 AN HOUR. HE IS A PERFECTIONIST, EXTREMELY NEAT AND QUICK, HONEST AND A GOOD PROBLEM SOLVER, HE FINDS WAYS TO KEEP THE COST DOWN. IF HE SEES THAT SOMEONE HOOKED SOMETHING IMPROPERLY, HE WILL FIX IT.
