"Thanks for your review we appreciate the feedback and of course your business. I'm sorry you weren't satisfied with the cost of the work provided back almost a year ago, I was surprised to hear this now. To be exact the total cost of the recharge of the old R-22 was $244 plus the emergency no cooling service call for a total of $ 343.95 paid with check # 293 as detailed on the invoice, it was not $ 400. Unfortunately because of the extremely high cost of R-22 due to the fact it is in a final EPA phase out from all production we have no control over these costs. Since 2001 We have gone to great extent to educate & convert our customers over to R-410a systems, the current refrigerant of choice. For those using the obsolete R-22 we do recommend repairing the leaks at minimum but many times we suggest changing the systems because they may be over 15 years old. We would be happy to discuss the options you have since it is probable you will or already have leaked out again since last year unless you have had it repaired. We offer free estimates and will be happy to consult with you on corrective action with affordable solutions. Thanks again for the feedback and feel free to call if you have any needs. Sincerely Bryan & Suns Heating & Air Conditioning Inc."
"Thank you so much for your kind comments. We will be happy to serve your needs in the future as they arise. Sincerely, Pat Le Quyea Vice President"
"Thank you so much for your comments on our service, we always aim to provide the best we can. It is good to hear that our field techs are doing such a great job for our customers. Just to clarify so your records are complete, the Tech that came out was Greg, not Pat. Our sincerest apologies for not informing you we were running late, we were very short handed that week as one of our employees had a baby. That combined with hot weather delayed some of our calls. However, we thank you for pointing this out so that we can better improve our service even when we are challenged by unexpected events. Thank you once again and we look forward to serving you in the future."
