Botched installation of a radiator caused damage to the new radiator.  They offered excuses and would not take responsibility for issue, so we had to pay a twice for labor and once and a half for parts.  When car was returned to us the driver's side headlight was not working when it had worked fine up until then.

Contacted a Honda dealer's mechanic who confirmed that had the initial repair been done correctly, the damage to the new radiator would not have happened.

Service was performed in a very timely manner and to my satisfaction. Mechanic answered all my questions and explained things thoroughly. He even showed me the worn parts. The cost was very reasonable considering all the work involved. I even received a ride from them to pick up my vehicle.  Will use them for all my vehicle's needs.

Vince treated me so fair.  This repair would have cost me about a $1000 at the dealership (I checked). Vince charged me for 2 hours of labor and the part plus a got my oil changed and tires rotated and general winterization.  I could not have been happier. Super honest people, delivering a quality product at a fair price.

great! I used to take my car to the dealership to get oil change-never failed they always called and said I needed something else done bill was always much higher then what I expected-someone recommended this place a few years ago never had them call and say I had other problems-so happy I found this place-finally do not mind taking my car in for a check up!

I spent about $91. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Affordable Auto saved us from having to replace a catalytic converter, which was what another garage said we needed. They were accurate, quick and professional.

They checked out the car for problems. They reviewed the tires, engine, belts and let my fiance know that it was good for a trip and that the sound we were experiencing was the muffler. He said he COULD fix it, but that it was really an unnecessary expense if the sound didn't bother us. He didn't charge us for the visit.

I was so impressed by this place - they came in at a great price, were quick to get me in, explain everything I needed to know, and best of all they were very polite and down to earth people.

They were very nice to work with and explained what work was being done. I do plan on going back to them for more work on the car, because I didn't have enough money before. Although the price was fairly high because I don't have much, but it was mid-range as far as estimates went from other places I received quotes from two other shops.
I liked that that they were a local shop but were more professional that many other small shops.

  I read all the reviews on Angie's List and selected this one as it was near to where I lived. All the reviews were good. Imade an appointment for my car to be checkedout as the brakes were making noises and my service engine light was on.Hetold me my brakes were bad  and replaced the pads. He said my back brakes were good but all my tires were bad as Ithought they were. Hegave me a good quote on some new tires and made an appointment to have them put on. Hedid both on two different days and Iwas able to pick up my daughter from school  at her regular time. He also fixed my wipers as they were acting very weird. It turned out that a screw was loose and fixed it for no charge. Thanks ever soooooo much!!!!! I will use them again for sure!!!!!

They are honest and do what they say they'll do.

I like that there weren’t any surprises and that they were very reasonably priced.  This was my first time using them and they seem to have solved the problem. 

They're fantastic.  They are very reliable, honest, and I get a good feeling, like they really take care of me.  They knew my husband, and since he's passed away, they are really important to me.

Everyone at Affordable Auto Clinic is great. Dee, Vince and Robin are by far some of the nicest people you will ever meet! They spent countless hours trying to diagnose a problem with my car, but charged me a VERY minimal amount for the time they spent. (It would have cost me hundreds at any other shop). It would sporadically not start, but we couldn't get it to happen while it was at the shop. They didn't perform any un-necessary repairs for the sake of guessing at trying to fix the problem. Robin actually came out to a parking lot where my car had died in order to diagnose the problem. Once he saw exactly what was happening, he was able to figure out the problem and give me a quote right on the spot. Everyone I worked with was incredibly kind and honest. Their prices are unbeatable. I won't take my car anywhere else!

On December 29, 2010, I found a 2008 Subaru Forester XT at Ganley Subaru in Wickliffe, OH. I needed to have its condition inspected to evaluate a purchase. I found Affordable Auto Clinic on a Subaru website and called the morning of December 30 to make an inspection appointment. Dee was very helpful in setting up an inspection for 3:00 pm that afternoon. Their mechanics were very helpful and gave me a thorough review of the car's condition. This helped me buy the car. Their shop was very clean and organized. My experience with Affordable was excellent.

It was fine. I was very happy and would absolutely use them again.
