Staples Inc - Whitehall

We took our malfunctioning computer in for service, when they found that it was beyond repair. The service charge was around $70; however, when the Staples associate called to give us the bad news, she also informed us, that if we purchased our next computer from Staples, we could apply that $70 to our next purchase. Although we knew they had some pretty good deals at Staples, we still chose to do extensive online research, as well as to have made a pilgrimage to the local Micro Center to check things out. When we concluded that the deal at Staples was the best, we dropped in to investigate. My first words our "Easytech specialist", Karlos, were, "what do you know about these computers?", to which, he replied, "everything". Not only is he the consummate Staples professional, but also, he is a very knowledgeable tech student, who treated us with respect, patience & integrity. We had many questions, which, he answered to our satisfaction, and he was also kind enough to go beyond our questions with further information about the products offered. Our family has had so very many pleasant experiences at this Staples location, that I'm sorry I never shared how much we like them, before. Many, many thanks, to Ahmad, Frank & most recently, Karlos & Mamadou, you have all been so very kind & helpful to us. We have never received better service ANYWHERE.
