They came out right away to pick up the computer. I explained everything to him. He then had the computer ready the next day. He was a very helpful and knowledgeable person. He also took lots of time to explain everything to me. I was very satisfied and would suggest to other people to contact them to look at their computer prior to purchasing a new computer.

I would recommend Geeks To Your Rescue Company.  The technician who came out was helpful.  He seemed competent.  He knew what he was doing.  He was able to get my computer running right for me.  They provided an excellent service overall.

Our computer had gotten some type of virus and we had to reformat our hard drive. We called Geeks to the Rescue to have our hard drive backed up before we reformat. Ken was over within an hour. He was very friendly and professional. He called us with updates. We had our computer back the very next day.

I CALLED HIM IN MAY AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAD LONG AGO SENT THE RECEIPT. I ASKED WHERE HE SENT IT, HE SAID TO OUR ADDRESS, AND WE NEVER RECEIVED IT. I CALLED HIM BACK IN JUNE AND HE GAVE ME A BUNCH OF EXCUSES. HE SAID THAT HE COULDN'T REMEMBER WHERE HE TOOK THE COMPUTER SO I COULD GET THE COPY OF THE RECEIPT MYSELF. I SPOKE TO HIM AGAIN AND HE SAID HE WOULD CALL BACK AND HE NEVER DID. THE NEW COMPUTER IS MAKING SOUNDS THAT INDICATE THAT SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH IT. I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT HIM AS WELL BY EMAIL AND HE HAS BEEN UNRESPONSIVE TO THOSE ATTEMPTS AS WELL. IN AUGUST WHEN WE TRIED TO CALL HIS PHONE WAS SET UP TO NOT ACCEPT ANY INCOMING CALLS, THIS WAS ON AUGUST 25. WHEN WE SENT HIM ANOTHER EMAIL IT WAS SENT BACK TO US SAYING HIS EMAIL WAS FULL.

He made us very uneasy when he was here. Subsequently calling him and trying to get an answer on one of the firewalls he installed was fruitless.

Some things Ken did well, but some poorly. He installed hardware that hopefully will avoid a catastrophic loss of data & helped us figure out the lost email problem. Ken talked us into purchasing a different anti-virus program even though our present subscription was not expired. The new program found no viruses. Now we are paying for both plus Ken's time to install it. Ken spent a lot of time at $65/hour trying to get our scanner working consistently, but without success. He thought it may be an equipment problem, but is not sure. The scanner is not working, but Ken bases his fee on time spent on the problem, not on results- an expensive lesson. Ken changed both our email program & our search engine which resulted in major headaches. We had to pay for him to switch them back- once again at $65/hour. I believe Ken to be honest, but he was not a good match in light of our limited computer skills.

HE LISTENED TO MY EVALUATION OF MY COMPUTER SKILL LEVEL AND WAS ABLE TO DESCRIBE THINGS AT MY LEVEL. MANY COMPUTER GEEKS CANT COMPREHEND THE NON- TECHNO SAVVY AMONG US. HE DIDN'T TALK DOWN TO ME. HE IS ABLE TO TREAT ME AS IF IM INTELLIGENT JUST NOT COMPUTER KNOWLEDGEABLE.

I was having terrific problems with my windows 98 programs fighting each other, and locking up. They sent out a guy who was very good. We ended up buying a new system to wrap around our old one. The price was a little higher than we expected. I have nothing but good comments to say about how fast he was. If I had any complaints, he had difficulty putting himself in the place of a laymen to explain things to me. While he was here he took two phone calls from his wife. But as far as the work he did it was superb. The new computer works for me I don't work for it anymore. Highly qualified to do the work. I would not hesitate to call this guy. The best anti spy-ware program I have ever had in my life.

KEN IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT KEEPING IN CONTACT WITH US. HE CALLED WHEN HE WAS GOING TO BE LATE.

KENNETH RIEHLE WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, EFFICIENT, HELPFUL, AND INFORMATIVE. HE WAS ABLE TO EXPLAIN COMPLEX PC HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE CONCEPTS TO THE "LAYMAN". HE WAS PUNCTUAL AND EXTREMELY POLITE. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS COMPANY AND HIS SERVICE. WE'LL NEVER CALL ANOTHER REPAIR SERVICE AGAIN!
