So I would say it did not go well. I called another plumber who came and diagnosed the problem as the spout leaking and fixed the problem in about an hour and of course I had to pay for his services then I had to call someone else to fix wall and pay for his services. I feel that if a company is not going to be able to all type of jobs the customer should be told this up front to decide if they want to continue with their service. Had they done this it would saved me time and money. I feel this is a very poor business practice and I will never call this company again or recommend them.

It went very well. the workers were here around 8 that morning and worked all day till around 8pm.  a portion of my basement floor had to be dug up which included the breaking of the concrete floor. They completed the job the same day. The thing that really impressed   me  was the professional and courtisy showed and also they did a good job re-concreteing my floor.  They also did a excellent job cleaning up the mess which made me very happy and I appreciated it very much.

We had worked on the drain for 4 days and were not able to get it to flow. A plumbing company came out but it was not able to reach the clog. We called Little plumbing explained the problem. They were there the same day and within an hour it was fixed. They were fast, efficient, and well worth the money.

They came to inspect the problem and found I had a broken sewer line.  Originally they though they would have to break up the concrete on the back porch and dig down to the line.  The next day they called and wanted to meet me at the house and look at another way.  They looked through a camera to see where my washer water went to and said they could run the sewer line on the inside wall of my basement if it was okay with me.  This way would save me money.  I was fine with it so they came out on Saturday and fixed it within 2 hours.
