Window Expo Cleveland

We came across Window Depot first at the Great Big Home & Garden Show. We were there, honestly, to simply to do some exploring as we've thought about doing a handful of windows for awhile. I'd attribute our selection of this company at "being in the right place @ the right time", but after receiving the installation by Steve and his crew, we couldn't imagine having any other company doing our windows. Everyone we had the pleasure of working with with was terrific and we look forward to telling people about our experience, too!!

Steven and crew did a great job. We wanted to have (2) windows put in whete there wetent any to begin with. Window Depot was one of the only companies we could find that was willing to cut out new openings! We are happy with our windows and the amount of light that now comes into that side of the home! Highly recommend.

Everyone that I dealt with through Window Depot was extremely professional and easy to talk to. I thoroughly enjoyed talking to all of the representatives. Will, my project manager, was the first person I dealt with as he came out to present a wide variety of options and ultimately the price. I had some reservations about the quoted price in the beginning, but Will’s genuinity and no pressure, comfortable approach were very very appreciated. Jeff, my installer was very professional and cleaned up so well that it was actually probably better than how he found it! Lastly, Rory who came by following the completion of the project was very helpful explaining the warranty, which is another highlight. The new Provia Heritage entry door & storm door are the perfect color and I love the wonderful curb appeal that my home has. The doors are solid, made well, and offer enhanced safety & security, so what’s not to like!!

Everything was so timely, professional and efficient, from the very first contact at the Meijer store to then the Project Manager Ryan, installer Jeff and follow-up representative, Rory, everyone was very genuine and conscientious of making this experience very positive and as I expected. Lastly, Jeff’s attention to detail with an immaculate cleanup was very much appreciated!!

Before these windows, I had nothing, but cold, old windows that is until twinkle twinkle little star I wished I may and wished with all my might that my windows would be delivered and installed b4 midnight tonight 12/20/24. Thank you Jesus 😊 and thank you Mason, Donnie and Sean, and most importantly for Meijer which is my favorite store to shop and thank you for having Window Depot Sales Rep inside the store and talking to me in Nov. I love my energy saving windows , and definitely will be saving to buy two or more windows asap. I would higgly recommend them for your next window install. I was really surprised to see how clean my home was over the course of my installation. My crew, Alex & Dimitri, covered all of furniture, carpet, belongings; just did a magnificent job containing all of the dust and everything! The entire process from beginning to end happened so smoothly and I have so many people to thank, from my Project Manager to the aids in the office scheduling all of the visits! Exceeded my expectations- beautiful upgrade to our home.

We went to Window Depot because they were one of a few local retailers who carried Pro Via doors. We were extremely happy with the whole process. We spent 2 1/2 hours selecting our custom door. Window Depots software that allows you to see the door on your house was invaluable. The installer was a perfectionist and worked very hard so the door fit into our 80 year old home. NO cold air leaks at all. Overall, although the door was expensive it was well worth it. Everyone who sees it compliments us on it. Everyone we worked with at Window Depot was great.
