It has been an excellent experience. We had many dogs and we had put down couple of dogs. I don't know if he is expensive than others, but he is high on price, but excellent quality. I would use them again in the future.

We were very pleased. The nurse and Dr. Madden both obviously like animals and took their time getting to know our dog and made our dog feel comfortable with them before doing anything. They minimized his stress, and took their time. I was surprised at how patient they were, and they did an excellent job explaining what they thought, and how to deal with his issues. I would absolutely use them in the future for my pet care needs.

Beautifully. The dog did not seem stressed and learned to walk again. It did take my dog some time to rehab, but it was winter time and I work full time. Therefore, it was hard for me to give him the two walks a day required. But today he is still a little limpy, but again, he is 12 years old, Yesterday he attempted a slow run to the back fence to claim his territory, which pleased me. He is my good friend, and I am glad to still have him, well adjusted and active. Thank you Westlake Animal Hospital.

The vet is a kind and gentle man with the animals and also with the parents of the animals. The staff is all very helpful and takes a real interest in the pets as well.

IT IS VERY EASY TO GET AN APPOINTMENT. THE ENTIRE STAFF IS GREAT WITH OUR DOG. IT'S OBVIOUS THAT THEY REALLY LOVE ANIMALS.
