As another report about this store states, I am much more upset over the lack of customer service than I am with the delay in receiving my order. First I was told that the fabric was backordered (only after I called them), and then in a later call, I was told the furniture was ready to ship within the next 48 hours. Almost a week later, I called again to find out that apparently it hadn't shipped yet. The store reps keep referring me to other personnel who then tell me that they can't help me and I will need to talk to someone else (usually the person I just talked to). They seem very annoyed that I keep ''bothering'' them, and not interested in solving the problem. As a side note, after I ordered my furniture, I met a couple who had a similar experience, only the end result was that (after waiting weeks past the expected delivery date) the FLOOR MODEL was delivered to their home under the guise of new from the factory furniture. DO NOT order from this company!!!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THIS STORE IS EXTREMELY POOR. WE ARE MORE UPSET ABOUT THE SERVICE THAN WE ARE ABOUT THE DELAY IN DELIVERY OF OUR FURNITURE. WE HAD A POOR EXPERIENCE WITH THE WESTLAKE STORE MANAGER, THE OPERATIONS MANAGER (WHO OVERSEES THE WESTLAKE, CUYAHOGA FALLS, AND TOLEDO STORES), AND THE OWNER OF THE THREE STORES. WE WILL NEVER SHOP FROM THIS STORE AGAIN. UNFORTUNATELY WE FOUND OUT AFTER THE FACT, BUT THEY HAVE A POOR BBB RECORD AS WELL, WITH NUMEROUS SIMILAR COMPLAINTS. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR AN INDEPENDENT BABY STORE, TRY BERG'S IN WILLOUGHY. THEY ARE MUCH, MUCH BETTER!
