HE MADE A DIFFICULT AND CONFUSING SITUATION MORE UNDERSTANDABLE FOR US. HE WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE EVEN IF IT MEANT CALLING US BACK ON A SUNDAY TO ANSWER A QUESTION. BEST OF ALL, WE GOT THE HOUSE OF OUR DREAMS!
Description of Work: WE BOUGHT A NEW HOUSE IN JUNE. THE FORMER OWNERS WANTED TO MOVE VERY QUICKLY AS THEY WERE MOVING OUT OF STATE. WE CALLED SEVERAL BANKS AND MORTGAGE COMPANIES. WE HAD NOT EVEN PUT OUR CURRENT HOUSE UP FOR SALE! A FRIEND RECOMMENDED WE CALL GEORGE SAADEY AT UNION CAPITAL. GEORGE GOT RIGHT ON OUR SITUATION, MET WITH US, AND GAVE US OPTIONS FOR MORTGAGES. HE CAME TO OUR HOUSE TWICE TO GET PAPERWORK FROM US AND HE WAS VERY THOROUGH IN EXPLAINING EVERYTHING ABOUT THE LOAN AND REQUIREMENTS.
