We have used Turf Specialists for several years and would recommend them. Their customer service is great, they do great work and our lawn always looked lush and healthy.

They were recommended by my landscaper. They come out and put in the fertilizer and treatment. They send somebody over to check on things about 2-3 weeks later. They are really good. They recheck on things. Their price is in the ballpark, and they are reliable. They are a super big company. The lawn looks good now. They do not have a lot of people working with them. The people working there have been there for a long time. So, they know their stuff. The staff is really nice. I do not have any complaints about them at all. I have never had to call them. They let me know when they come out. They gave me a schedule when they would come out to do the service. Once, when the lawn keeper changed his schedule, these guys changed the days of their coming out to make sure the lawn was not cut with the fertilizer. They took the extra effort. They do not have set appointments or time. I have recommended them to others. They are very good.

Kerry and his men are incredible. They can take a raggedy lawn and in less than a season having looking terrefic. Great guys with a real talent for what they do!

I'm pleased with anything they do. They aerate the yard twice a year. They do the weed control on everything and then they come back and check to make sure they've got it all and if they haven't, they redo it. Everything they do is really good. I would continue to use them in the future.

I've used them for the past year and a half. They do regular maintenance for my lawn four times a year. Their price seems a little high.

They do a wonderful job. They go above and beyond. They are very friendly people and nice to work with. We pay on yearly basis for aerating, seeding, pest and weed control, etc.

They are very dependable. I have used this company for about two or three years. The yard was really looking great when it was raining, but right now it is too dry, but that's obviously not their fault.

Terry and Carrie are very through and are willing to take the time to talk to the homeowner on how they can make their lawn better. Carrie recommended that I fertilize the tree and shrub since they require iron soil. So, far the program has made improvement in the appearance of my yard. I will continue to use them.

I WAS ORIGINALLY SATISFIED. DID NOT HAVE THEM CUT GRASS AFTER FIRST YEAR AS STATED AS I DID NOT LIKE THEIR NEW CHARGING PRACTICE. DID NOT LIKE THEIR CHARGES FOR LEAF PICK-UP SO DID NOT HAVE THEM DO THAT ALTHOUGH ONCE I HAD TO TELL THEM NOT TO DO OR CHARGE ME FOR BLOWING LEAVES THAT WERE IN MY NEIGHBORS YARD. OBVIOUSLY ARE NOT ETHICAL PROFESSIONALLY AS THEY HAVE NOT CALLED ME BACK AND JUST DROPPED ME IN THE MIDDLE OF WHAT I CONSIDERED A SUMMER CONTRACT. LED ME TO BELIEVE THAT THEY WOULD CALL BEFORE FERTILIZING BECAUSE I WROTE IT ON THE ORIGINAL SIGN-UP IN FEB. AND THEY DID NOT SAY THEY WOULD NOT DO THIS EITHER THEN OR THE TWO TIMES AFTER THAT THAT I TOLD THEM THIS. ALSO ONLY DID ONE OF THREE BUG CONTROL SPRAYS. DROPPED ME ON BOTH THINGS WITHOUT NOTICE OR DISCUSSION. MY REAL COMPLAINT IS THAT THEY NEVER SAID ON ANY OF MY DISCUSSIONS THAT THEY WOULD NOT CALL IN ADVANCE, BUT THEN THEY NEVER DID.

COST IS PER SEASON, WITH A DISCOUNT FOR PAYING UP FRONT, EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE, AFTER A BAD ONE WITH THE LAST LAWN COMPANY. THEY RESPOND QUICKLY, TAKE INITIATIVE. THE LAWN LOOKS GREAT, and IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS, THEY COME RIGHT BACK OUT, THEY EVEN DO SPOT INSPECTIONS WITHOUT WAITING FOR A REQUEST.
