We are a full service roofing company. We also offer siding, windows, doors, and a towable dump trailer service. We have 12 employees to serve your roofing needs. We have professional Subcontractors that go through a rigourous background check for your other needs. We don't have a state license as Ohio doesn't offer them for roofing contractors. We are working with state legislation to change this fact therefore the companies that actually pay their workers compensation and Insurance will stand out more. Our emergency service starts at $150.00 per hour and is billed therafter at $110.00 per hour for two professional roofers. Materials plus 10% at final billing. We are a minority owned company that believes in taking care of our employees. We have Health Insurance for every employee along with a retirement plan set in place. We understand the benefit of taking care of our employees as this makes for more cohesion in the workplace and keeps the best of the best within our team. Every year we set up teams within the company on a volunter basis and do the Breast Cancer Walk. We are also currently working on a project to help those in need though Professional Remodel Ohio. All of our shingles are taken to a green facility where they use them after being recycled for new asphalt based roads. Award winning. Additional email - [email protected].

"Thank you....we were glad to help you!"
Good - we had some weather interruptions but overall everything went smoothly. We had some water damage and needed to replace roof as it was over 15 years old. We picked the medium price roof and it looks beautiful. Also the contractor who did the new gutters was wonderful. Though a bit pricey - we are very pleased with the work performed and the new roof and gutters. The guys cleaned up the area and the roof was inspected by Triple Peaks 3 times to make sure it was perfect and the yard was cleaned up.
"The rating appears to be incorrect and would like this to be reviewed. Please read the comments of the customer as he stated that the roof is beautiful and the gutters are wonderful. These comments do reflect a "F" rating."
"After reviewing the quote that was provided, it was accurate based on his specific roof which was large range with numerous items that needed to be address to include rotted wood. Since our estimates are based on time and material and not a per square price, he was not misquoted based on squares. We we unable to provide him a quote within his budget."
"According to our records, we provided [member name removed] with a quote on November 1, 2012 however she never selected our company to provide her with roof replacement. This is not our customer nor our work. Please place this review under the correct company who provided these service."
"We have reached out to this customer for the past month and we have not received any response. This project was done last year and we have received no feed back from the customer that there was a problem with his project to include our Customer Surveys which are sent out after every project requesting feed back on all aspects of the project from the delivery of materials, competency of the workers down to the billing process. We do not understand the reason for this review."
This was a great experience start to finish. Jeff (the owner) came out to give us an estimate. We had initially met him at the Home Show. I had several roofing companies come out to give estimates (and so I could interview them) and Jeff was clearly a step above in level of professionalism. There was no pressure sell or attempt to obscure things with jargon - just a very clear explanation of what he thought was needed, how he would handle the job and what my price point options were. Initially I was a bit put off by the price - the quotes I received ranged from a low of $8,500 to Jeff's $11,500 for SEEMINGLY the same level of product and service. Jeff was pretty firm on his price but in the end we're happy we worked with him.
The communication prior to starting the job could not have been better. Angela and Molly kept me posted on the start date and things I'd want to consider when the job was being performed. They asked about any special bushes or plants we wanted to have protected etc.
The crew showed up absolutely on time and ready to work - and it was a good sized crew. A nice touch was friendly notices they placed on the doors of our neighbors explaining the noise and welcoming their input. Turns out our neighbors loved these guys! They were so professional and respectful. Our tear off ended up being much more difficult because we have a very solid, plank roof and so the nails were difficult to remove - and it was a super hot day. There was not one word of complaint about the extra half day it took to complete the tear off. Instead, Triple Peaks sent an even larger crew the next day to make sure the job was completed in the time they had promised.
I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about how clean my place would be when they left - roof removal makes a big mess! End of the day they took a couple of HOURS to make sure that it looked like they had never even been there. The place was immaculate.
The roof looks great! Its obvious they had great attention to detail - everything looks lined up and matched properly. The flashing looks so much better than what we had before.
A day later one of their supervisors came over to do their "40 Point Inspection". Here again I figured someone would come over, walk around the house and be gone in 10 minutes after collecting the final payment. This guy went up on the roof, into my attic, walked the entire grounds - spent nearly an hour inspecting before he was satisfied - and he made sure he had answered any questions I had and that I was actually happy. They pay a LOT of attention to the cleanliness of how they leave the worksite.
The ultimate proof will be when it rains but for now it looks super good and we are VERY satisfied. Was the price a little high? Probably. But when considering the value provided there is no doubt that you get what you pay for. I strongly recommend Triple Peaks.
"We have contacted the homeowner and apologized that a follow up phone call was not made for shingle repairs."
