Description of Work: JIM LENDER CAME TO OUR HOUSE TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE - IT TOOK QUITE A WHILE TO GET THE ESTIMATE ( I HAD TO CALL TO FOLLOW UP). THE ESTIMATE WAS QUITE HIGH, COMPARED TO OTHERS, AND I CALLED MR. LENDER TO ASK HIM ABOUT NEGOTIATING A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE ESTIMATE. HE SAID HE WAS WILLING TO NEGOTIATE AND WOULD CALL ME BACK IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK TO EXPLAIN. I THINK THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
