Repair went well. Payed in advance. Work was scheduled to take a week and was ready on time

They replaced the zipper and it looks and works great. Price was about $20. The job was done very professionally and the luggage was ready for pick up when promised.

The repair work was top notch and finished as promised in a week. I used the bag and the repaired zipper survived all the rough and tumble handling of airport and cruise baggage handlers! New heels were put on. Took about a week wait time. Cost way, way too much. I called around and no one charges as much as he did.

Awesome! What I truly appreciate is that they will provide honest feedback when I ask, "Is this worth repairing?" They will go over pros and cons, options, alternatives, and still yet the choice is always mine. The work is always done when they say it will be, and its always a reasonable time frame. On several occasions they have rushed a job to meet my desired/needed date of delivery. When I haven't been happy w the outcomes, they've redone the work. I feel the prices are just a bit high, but then you do pay for what you get. This is quality work every single time.

The jacket was in deplorable condition and they restored it to look like new. The purse they had to redye and it was worth it, very expensive leather purse and also looks like new.

A little over a year ago, I had The Italian Cobbler replace the two wheels on my carry-on luggage bag. The wheels looked just like the original ones that came with it when I bought it, and worked fine, when I used the bag on several trips in the ensuing months.
A week ago, one of the little axles that held one wheel on apparently broke or came out of place, as I was putting the bag into the back of my car in a hotel parking lot in Michigan. I didn't realize it until I got home, and found the affected wheel lying under the bag, sans axle.
I went to The Italian Cobbler and asked them if they could re-affix the wheel to my bag. They were extremely nice about it, and said they would be glad to do it. I asked them if there would be a charge and they said that since it had been only a relatively short time since the wheels were replaced, they'd fix it for free.
I picked the bag up today, and the wheel is now back in place with a new axle. I was quite impressed with how they stood behind their work and repaired the bag at no cost to me, in a timely manner. Based on my experiences with them, I would highly recommend The Italian Cobbler to anyone who needs shoe or luggage repair.

Dropped boots off and explained that the zippers did not lock. They said that the pulls could be replaced and that the price would be $22.50. Dropped them off and they were done in less then a week! Very happy!

Excellent work, good price, nice shop, pleasant staff. Definitely worth the 35 minute trip from my house. Very pleased to have found such a high quality shoe repair service -- which, sad to say, are now few and far between.

The zipper broke in a purse that I love. I searched Angie's List for a company that could replace it, and I found the Italian Cobbler, which is close to where I live. They replaced it with a better, stronger zipper and shined up my purse. Very nice people and very reasonable cost. I recommend them and will use them for future needs.
