She was here for over an hour during which time we discussed some possible styles of treatments. I did ask if she could send me some pictures of window treatments and/or fabric patterns via email, but she said she did not use a computer. While here, she seemed pleasant and professional, but since she never called back, I would say that was a waste of time--for both of us. I got the feeling she felt this was too far for her to drive, but wish she had told me when I called and asked. When I didn't hear from her, I thought about phoning her, but had the feeling she really didn't want the job due to the distance or she would have called me back. I would have liked to give a very positive report to Angie's List, but I can't even provide any responses for most of the questions asked. It's possible this company makes fabulous window treatments, but I would have no way of knowing.
Description of Work: After confirming via the phone that she serviced this area (which is approx. a 25 min. drive), an app't. was set up to discuss styles and fabrics for custom window treatments for several windows. She arrived close to the agreed upon time, but commented several times about all the traffic encountered on the trip over. The few sample fabrics she brought did not work with the existing textures/colors in the rooms. We discussed some styles and she said she would check for more appropriate fabrics, then phone me to schedule another appointment.
