Great. Nick and his son teamed to do an excellent job of advising about what could be done with system installation and executing the work's completion. They completed the job on time and in budget. They were also accommodating to our requirement, and the City of Avon's, to obtain a permit and register with the city respectively.

Good. Came out, gave estimate and scheduled time to fix.  they had to reschedual once  but completed the job and were very friendly and helpful answering our questions.

They were excellent. They gave me a lot of additional information to help me understand the installation and how it would work. He also offers a free follow up test in 2 years, which I appreciated.

Nick came out and estimated the radon mitigation.  Of the three estimates, Nick was the only one that came to actually see what needed to be done and quote me a competitive price.  He was interested in my business and made certain I knew what would be done and understood the job at hand.  He arrived promptly for both the estimate and the work and completed the job, cleaned up and came back to re-test - and we passed with the first try!  Brought our 10.1 to a 1.1.  I am very pleased with Nick and his professionalism and his work.  Would definitely recommend to others!  Thanks for a job well done.

He arrived reasonably prompt. The job went smoothly. While other quotes were within reason, he was the only one to come and look at the site before quoting.

I was unfamiliar with radon gas- and needed to learn about radon mitigation quickly.  It was detected in an unacceptable level to the buyers of the family home I was selling, with the 1st time buyers anxious to have their young family into their new home by Christmas.
   Here is where Nick Banaszak and his family business of Suntech was so helpful. 
    I learned that it was routine to test levels of radon gas( by a qualified individual only) during "inspection" of a home before sold.
  I also learned from internet and phoning 5 radon mitigation businesses that the price and level of service varied.  
   Nick was the only one who took the time to explain exactly what he needed to do in terms I could understand.  He also phoned the buyer's real estate agent to explain the same when requested, offering to meet them at the house as he determined how and where this ventilation would be accomplished.  They were as pleased with the results, and his professional and friendly attention to detail as I was. 
   There is now a pipe that blends in a corner of the  basement and up through ground level to outside, extending to roof line.  It is barely noticeable, and the ventilation fan is extremely quiet.  There was otherwise no trace of any work, no mess at all.
     I  also  learned that most businesses who test, do testing only.  This of course is an ethical issue, and Suntech for this reason does not routinely do testing, but provides the proper ventilation for the property.  They of course then test the air again, according to regulations, in the basement by placing detector(s) with a digital readout of levels every few hours for the recommended 24? hrs.(can't remember.)
A  printout from the digital device of the results were then available for inspection and approval !   The prompt service and attention, as well as reasonable cost, and accurate estimate was appreciated, especially since the above home was 60 miles away, and I was unable to be on site.     This unexpected glitch  was resolved to the satisfaction of all by Suntech.  SOLD!

Nick from Suntech came out to my house to give me an estimate, and then he and two workers came back out on the designated day (about 90 minutes late) to install the system. It only took them about 3 hours to get it completely installed. Nick then put in a radon detector for 2 days to test the radon levels. He came back to get it and reviewed the results with me. It was a good experience and I would recommend Nick and Suntech to people in the future.

They did an excellent job. Before moving into my new house I had the seller put in a radon system. They hired some fly-by-night cheap-o company that did a horrible job. I found out months later when I had water damage in my garage, and through research discovered many other problems. I called Suntech and he and his crew came out and fixed the whole system. I am very pleased with his work and highly recommend him. He was knowledgeable and professional.

Suntech came to our house and gave us a free estimate of the job, how long it would take, and how they expected to run the piping. Suntech's work has a warranty. Since start-up (one month ago) the system has run without any issues.
