James got back to us right away. ,came over, quoted a price . Arrived on the designated date and time .He worked the better part of 6 hr on 800 sq ft of carpet in our condo and did an excellent job.Some areas were wine stained soiled.

It went well. He is busy... which is good in my eyes. We arranged a date and time. He called beforehand to confirm. He did everything to make the carpets clean... moving furniture, etc.

Excellent job. Jim is very hardworking and removed stains I thought were impossible.

Jim called to setup time, was up front about a minimum cost and offered services to meet the $100 minimum. (My parents had just had their furniture and carpets cleaned by someone else and didn't need any additional services.) My parents were very happy with the cleaning, deodorizing and scotch guarding results. Jim arrived on time and did a thorough job. Very pleased about his responsiveness and quality of service.

All went very well. James was timely when coming over for the estimate visit and his crew likewise for the appointment. They worked efficiently, with care to assure a complete cleaning as the prior owners had several dogs who helped dirty the carpeting. We were very happy with the results.

Mr. Drahos cleaned the carpets in my dining room and living room. The dining room was one big stain. Carpets now look like new!

Jim cleaned has cleaned my carptets before, and this time I hired him to clean a large sectional.  Jim did an outstanding job.  He's very thorough, always friendly courteous,  punctual and accommodating. This is the fourth time we have used Steamaster.  We will continue to use this service in the future.  The services are personally provided by the owner, Jim, who is dedicated to providing quality work and the results are amazing!  We had several areas in two carpeted rooms that had tough pet stains due to a 12-yr old dog.  The stains are completely gone now and the carpets look incredible.  This was the first time we had asked Jim to clean a couch.  He first tested it to make sure that it was cleanable, and then spent quite some time cleaning it thoroughly.  Again the results are amazing.  Both carpeted rooms and the couch also were scotch-guarded.
We are very pleased with Jim's ever-present professionalism,dedication to his craft and to providing superior results.  Thanks again!

Jim has been cleaning carpets and furniture for me for about 9 years.  As always he did an excellent job and was very accommodating of the last minute addition to clean two rooms of carpets in a second home.  He is incredibly thorough and does by far the best job of anyone ever hired.  Cannot say enough good things about him or his work!

My carpets look FANTASTIC!  I am so impressed!  It had been several years since I had the carpeting cleaned (by Jim - before I moved in). The carpets came out much cleaner than I was expecting since I have a large dog. I wish I hadn't waited so long to get them done again.  Jim was responsive, on-time, professional and polite.
