This place was phenomenal. The location was great. The therapists were great. The services were great. Everything about this place was great.

I've been looking for years for a good place for eyebrow "shaping". Not just waxing, but trimming and shaping. I went to Anita at Spa West and she was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough - I'll definitely drive all the way out to Westlake for her services. Keep in mind that Spa West offers multiple specials throughout the month. Definitely top notch!

My friend and I ordered the " Detoxifying Bath" - They add aromas and ingredients to the water of the Jaccuzzi...When we went into the room, the water looked very plain, I asked if they have added the ingredients, the reply was "yes". However, when we stepped into the bath, the water had no aroma, no oils, no salts, nothing!!! It was not even that warm! I might as well have soaked in the bathtub at home...Afterwards my friend had a massage, but left after 15 mins because they would not listen and keep away from an injured arm! She left feeling more stressed then when she walked in...The front desk charged us for full 1/2 hour still. Terrible Service!!! Also, the previous time we asked about "Shellack" manicure,, they claimed to have an expert in it, although not called "shellack"...turns out it was not authentic. The service does not live up to the beautiful image and atmosphere of the place, not at all !!!

I have no dislikes about them. I absolutely recommend them to others.

The lady who did my pedicure was excellent. I rate them highly and I will continue to use them in the future.

I like the environment. It is what I would expect a spa to be with the decor, the music and lighting. It feels kind of luxurious.

My husband had a gift certificate for them. It is super relaxing there. It doesn't feel like they are too high-class for you as a client.

Spa West is amazing. It's very soothing and has an ambiance feeling. They did my makeup for a class reunion and I received lots of compliments. The staff is wonderful, they know everybody by their name. They have a pretty waiting area. If I happen to forget my credit card they are able to look back and bill my card from my last visit. They aren't pushy but will recommend other services you might enjoy.

Maria was so pleasant. She made a suggestion for my haircut and I went with it. I really like my cut. I have never had a cut that I could be let dry and be nice looking. I can also blow dry a style and hot curl. Great job.

My friends and I used this spa as a special treat. They do an excellent job here. The price may be about 20% higher than other spas, but it is a special treat.

Overall the experience was pretty good. I called the day before my appointment to switch from a massage to a facial and they were very accommodating. The only issue is they scheduled the manicure/pedicure before the facial and my nails weren't completely dry before I had to get under the blankets for the facial. A couple of my nails were smudged but they fixed them after the facial.

Gift certificate purchase was easy, and website descriptions of the services were helpful. We had a nice experience.

OVERALL MY EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. WE ARRIVED AT THE SPA AT 7:15AM AND THE WEDDING WAS AT 9:30AM. I WAS SURPRISED THAT THE SPA WAS READY TO ACCOMMODATE US AT SUCH AN EARLY HOUR. THE EMPLOYEES WERE PROFESSIONAL AND ON TIME. MY ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THAT MY HAIRDO TOOK SO LONG I WAS UNABLE TO GET TO MY MAKEUP APPOINTMENT ALTHOUGH THE THREE OTHER PEOPLE IN OUR PARTY ALL DID GET THEIR HAIR AND MAKEUP COMPLETED BEFORE WE HAD TO LEAVE FOR THE WEDDING. MY HAIR DID TURN OUT THE WAY I WANTED AND IT STAYED ALL DAY.

I WILL NOT GO BACK TO SPA WEST FOR MANICURE OR PEDICURE. MY MOM AND I WENT TOGETHER, AND ALTHOUGH MY NAILS CAME OUT OKAY (JUST OK, AND IN MY BOOK, NOT WORTH THE HIGH PRICE SPA WEST CHARGES), I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW MY MOM WAS TREATED. MY MOM WAS SITTING NEXT TO ME. NOT ONLY DID THE PEDICURIST CUT MY MOM'S TOE WHILE TRIMMING MY MOM'S CUTICLES, BUT SHE PROCEEDED TO PUT POLISH REMOVER ON THE CUT AREA, WHICH BURNED LIKE HECK. SHE ONLY PUT ONE COAT OF COLORED POLISH ON MY MOM'S NAILS, AND THEY LOOKED LIKE A 12 YEAR OLD PAINTED THEM. THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHER SALONS TO GO TO RATHER THAN GOING BACK TO SPA WEST. TOO BAD, BECAUSE THE AMBIANCE IN THE PLACE IS SO NICE.

HEATHER IS AN EXCELLENT MASSAGE THERAPIST. SHE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, and RESPONSIVE. SHE GAVE ME MUCH INFORMATION ABOUT MY PARTICULAR SITUATION and PERFORMED A WONDERFUL DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE BY WHICH I WAS NOT IN PAIN AFTERWARDS.

CLEAN, TRANQUIL, PROFESSIONAL SPA. NAIL TECHNICIAN IS SKILLED and FRIENDLY.

I USED THIS SALON ON TWO OCCASIONS WITH A GIFT CERTIFICATE I RECEIVED FROM CO-WORKERS. THE BUILDING IS IMMACULATE and THE SERVICE WAS VERY GENEROUS- YOU DEFINITELY FEEL MILES AWAY IN A EUROPEAN SPA! I HAD A FABULOUS MANICURE and PEDICURE THAT LASTED A LONG TIME. THEIR PRICES SEEM HIGH, BUT PROBABLY COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER HIGH-END SALONS. (THANK HEAVEN FOR GIFT CERTIFICATES!)
