As above, after George assessed the entire area and project, Nick and John provided the elbow grease for the
total cleanup. Very hard workers on a very hot and humid day !

They came in and ripped out and replaced the drywall. They dried the house, they arrive quickly. They were reassuring, in a stressful situation. The crew was professional and friendly, they arrived when promised. The house looks as if there had not been any damage there before. It is hard to find company?s like this today.

Response was prompt. Determined "emergency" weekend response not necessary, saving substantial fees. Covered scope of work and explained clearly and answered questions. Set appointment time, arrived punctually and began work. Courteous and professional demeanor and appearance. Understanding and supportive during clean up process while working quickly and efficiently. Job site was left neat and clean - removed gear as promised and left no debris. I know the job was to clean up, but you wouldn't have known they were there, not a single scrap of paper, cigarette butt or anything in the work area or around the house. Clothing in the basement was cleaned/disinfected and returned promptly (a subcontractor did the work, but Restorz handled pick up and return). Billing was submitted directly to insurance company.

I could not believe how helpful and professional they were! Even though the experience of being flooded was terrible, they were able to make it less painful and their expertise and reassurances made the whole experience tolerable. They did all this while working huge overtime under the pressure of a massive workload form that month's massive flooding. They use project managers who are truly expert in managing all aspects of water restoration. Their workers are really well trained in that field AND have great customer relations skills. They make you feel that things will turn out all right. Overall, they dried us out and minimized the damage to the house and prepared well for the next rebuilding phase. I have no idea if their price was good or not compared to others, since I got no other quotes; I was glad to be able to get someone at all when in such dire straits. The price seemed very fair when measured against the amount of work they did and the amount of machinery they used.
