I'm 100% pleased. They did more than I expected and everything they did was excellent.

Great, they had the proper equipment, which others did not have. They did an excellent job!

No call, no show. Appointment was scheduled online and specific request was made to contact if the appointment couldn't be met. I was around all day and no one showed up or called to reschedule.

They were very easy to work with. Gave me an estimate online and I was able to schedule at that time. They were prompt and did a great job. Everything was cleaned up when they were done. Stump removal was part of our quote and that was done a few days later. I would recommend their service.

Justin was very responsive, kind and professional in rescuing our cat. He came within just 12 hours of talking with us. After assessing the situation, he put our minds at ease by assuring us that he would be able to save her. He was extremely skilled in climbing and retrieved our cat quickly and safely. We highly recommend Parks Tree and would trust them with any of our tree service needs!!

They were great. They couldn't get a crane in due to lack of room. But one of their crew was able to climb the tree to remove. I was amazed watching him. They did a great job cleaning up.

Outstanding! I came home from work to see my lawn beautifully aerated. The price was outstanding! (I COULD NOT have done it for a lower price, myself!)

I took advantage of the offer on Angie's List for lawn aeration. I talked to the owner and said that I would also like other work done and would like an estimate when the aeration was completed. I also asked about having grass seeding done when the aeration was completed and I was told that there would no problem, just supply the seed. I sis supply the seed, but the worker did not have a lawn spreader with him, he said he was the tree guy. There was no estimate for the other work that I wanted done.

There was a bit of a communication issue in the beginning but afterwards they came right out and took care of everything. They did an excellent job.

Actual work on site was done well and per my instructions. The quality of the work was very good. Only difficult part was working with the company for scheduling this. I proposed three dates via the Angie's List tool, and all three were ignored and an email was later sent stating what day the service would be performed. As a customer, I have an uneasy feeling about companies that ignore important input I provide.

I purchased the $399 Parks Tree West Big Deal on February 20, 2017. Received acknowledgement from Parks on March 1. On March 20, I emailed them with a brief description of what needed to be done, and he replied that they would be here on March 21 between 1 and 3. By 4:45 on the 21st, they had not arrived nor had I had any contact from them. I called and he said they wouldn't be coming because they were still working on a job. He said they would try to come within the next day or two. I told him I wouldn't be home on those days, and he said that didn't matter, they would go ahead with the work. That made no sense to me because he wouldn't have known what areas needed work. I said, "A phone call to let me know you weren't coming would have been courteous. If I ran my business that way I wouldn't have a business." His reply was, "Nobody talks to us that way. Just get your money back and forget it."

They were a great outfit, excellent communication, and on-time service. I would hire them again in a minute. Thank you for a job well done.

Park Tree West did the estimate a few weeks prior to scheduling the job and completed the job in a morning. I never needed to be home -- they communicated everything to me by phone call and email. Their pricing was very reasonable. I received a call on the day of the job when they were finishing and an invoice on the same day. I was able to pay that day with a credit card. They did a great job! Everything was clean and orderly when I returned home. I am very impressed with their service and professionalism, and I will call them the next time I need tree work done.
