OWNER PROVIDED ESTIMATE, HOWEVER HIS SON SHOWED UP TO DO THE WORK. HE SPENT 10 HOURS OVER TWO DAYS FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS. TOOK MONEY, THEN LEFT. HOWEVER, THE NEXT TIME IT RAINED, THE LEAKS WERE STILL THERE. ALSO REVERSED HOT AND COLD WATER IN SINK. HE CAME BACK TO FIX THE SINK, ACKNOWLEDGED THE PROBLEMS WITH OTHER REPAIRS AND PROMISED TO COME BACK AND FIX THOSE AS WELL. HOWEVER, THEY NEVER DID AND DID NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS.
