JIM WAS GREAT! VERY RESPONSIVE AND INFORMATIVE. WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY ORIGINATION OR APPLICATION FEES AND THE COST OF THE APPRAISAL WAS CREDITED TO US AT TITLE TRANSFER. BY FAR THE LOWEST RATE. I REALLY SHOPPED AROUND!
