 + -1 moreCrew chose to work only in room where contractor was vs. kitchen and baths (where he was not present). They then left after 3 hours. When I stated I wouldn't pay more since I had already paid for 8 hours, they mailed me a nasty letter and sent me dirty rags by mail! Very valuable lesson- written quotes! And this experience caused me to join Angie's List! Now hired another contractor via Angie's List- couldn't be better! Thanks!
Description of Work: Home cleaning service contractor visited home, inspected each room to be cleaned, scheduled time within 3 work days after estimate of $240 for 8 hours of a 3 person crew. Crew arrived early, worked only 3 hours, worked on living and dining room only verses commitment of kitchen & baths first. Left, called the next day stating they needed to schedule more time after I paid.
