Crew chose to work only in room where contractor was vs. kitchen and baths (where he was not present). They then left after 3 hours. When I stated I wouldn't pay more since I had already paid for 8 hours, they mailed me a nasty letter and sent me dirty rags by mail! Very valuable lesson- written quotes! And this experience caused me to join Angie's List! Now hired another contractor via Angie's List- couldn't be better! Thanks!
