For the past 30 years, L.R. Restoration has been our one trusted source for all major and minor work to improve the condition and maintain the integrity of our 1916 home. This small family company includes 3 generations of knowledge, experience, and resourcefulness. They work cleanly, quietly,and professionally.

We have used LR Restoration for more than 6 years. They have completed 7 major renovations: kitchen, bathrooms x3, office, basement flooring, garage & other small jobs. Their work is impeccable and attention to detail is remarkable. We fully trust the Russes to begin and complete projects when they say they will. They are dependable and trustworthy-we don’t hesitate to give them a key and leave them to work.

We have used L.R. Restoration since 1998. They have worked on three of our homes. Recently they gutted our kitchen and main bath and did extensive work to upgrade an addition that was poorly constructed. Three of the kindest men (three generations), all with their own area of expertise, have exceptional skills and a work ethic that is incredible. They offered advice which we always feel confident accepting because of their years upon years of experience they have working on older homes. When unforeseen issues came up they presented solution and worked with us to modify plans. They are exceptional craftsman and the kindest individuals. They present clear invoices and document all supplies they purchase. They do all work themselves which we really appreciate . We did not want subcontractors for many reasons. They are punctual and show up everyday until the job is done! I am very picky and when they are done I have absolutely no complaints. Simply we would never use anyone else!
