Lorri Marginian

I highly recommend Lorri as a Realtor.  During our first meeting, Lorri immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in her abilities.  She is very warm and friendly yet a consummate professional.  Lorri took the time to explain every step in the home buying process thoroughly and never lost patience throughout my countless phone calls, e-mails, and texts along the way.  We encountered unique challenges related to my new home during the closing process (as a result of others, not at all related to Lorri's responsibilities), and Lorri was always proactive and responsive in addressing concerns.  I always felt as though Lorri had my best interests at heart.  When it came time to select services such as a title company, inspector, and mortgage broker, I never felt pressured by Lorri to use specific companies.  She chooses not to receive compensations or "perks" for recommending such services, as Realtors often do.  Lorri dedicated the same time and effort to us as I'm sure she would a family member or friend.  I have heard nightmarish stories from multiple friends who felt pressured and/or poorly represented by their agents, so I am very grateful to have worked with Lorri.
