Patrick, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. I would deal with him again in the future. The installers were just "ok". They were fine when they were here installing. But we had an odd, low, sticky sounding spot that seemed to be missing the pad. They did come back to fix it but it still doesn't seem quite right. My husband was not pleased with the way they installed the carpet on the stairs. They seem barely padded and you can see the outline of the step and the riser. We were told this is how you are "supposed" to install carpet on stairs. This is not how they were carpeted before, nor the way our other stairs were carpeted.

Patrick is very responsive and provides wonderful service. We had used him about 2 years earlier to put the carpet in a bedroom and he provided excellent service then, so that is why we used him again and he did not disappoint.
