LADY BUG EXTERMINATING

I have used Ladybug for a number of years in the spring and fall to control carpenter ants around the outside of our home. The company changed hands last year and I am happy to report that Cindy, the new owner, is great!
This has been a challenging year for ants at our house - they started appearing earlier than ever and there were a lot of them. We have a large yard and the area around the house and deck is extensive. Cindy worked with us over a period of weeks in April to schedule an earlier than usual date when it was not raining or snowing(!) to do an initial treatment around the entire foundation. Cindy's treatments come with a 90 day free call back and this year we had one particular area that needed multiple treatments. Cindy has been back twice and each time I have called to say and quot;they're backand quot; around the rear chimney, she has called back within a day and been here within a couple days to re-treat. On the last call she recommended trying a different chemical and that has been successful.
I appreciate Cindy's responsiveness and her professionalism and I am happy I continue to have a reliable exterminator. I highly recommend Ladybug.

Great. They showed up.. I showed them where they were coming in from outside based on what they told me over the phone. A few minutes later, they were gone.

When I had my house waterproofed this month, one of the workers discovered wasps were going through the bottom opening of my casement windows in the bedrooms, etc. After opening the windows and checking the tracks under the windows, we could see where wasps had been making nests and depositing their eggs inside the tracks (disgusting).
My girlfriend Kay has used Lady Bug Exterminators for many years now and she suggested that, since the owner Pat was coming to her house this afternoon, I should call and see if Pat could come over to check out my wasp problem. I called Pat and she said she had some time available since she was still at my friend's house and would be at my house in about five minutes (fabulous). She checked over the house, made suggestions as to how to solve my problem, and said since she had some extra time right then, she would do the job immediately. I was thrilled!! She took special care to not mess up any of my windows (I just had the window washer come yesterday) by using her hand-held sprayer on all the inside window frames and methodically went about her job spraying all around the outside of the house and also the inside of my basement.
I am just so happy my friend mentioned Lady Bug Exterminators to me. Pat knows what has to be done to alleviate any insect problems and does not try to sell you anything you do not need. I would not hesitate to refer her to any of my friends. Thank you once again Pat for taking the time to come so quickly and handle my and quot;waspand quot; problem.

She was good. She came out right away. I did check around for prices and her prices were better. I actually used her twice one year right after the next because the hornets just came back in another place.

She was professional arriving on time and completing her work quickly. The chemical she used had no detectable oder and was safe for kids and dogs as soon as it dried. She went above and beyond by offering to come back and spray after I had my kitchen floor replaced for free! I have already recommended her to 2 people! Additionally, she has a 90 day guarantee. If we see more ants during that time she will come out and respray.

Everything went very well.

She answered calls properly, came promptly and took care of the problem.

Lady Bug Exterminating was excellent. I was having a dishwasher installed, where the ants had been, and she offered to be here when the installers removed the dishwasher to spray in the cabinet. I haven't seen a bug since. Great quality - great price!

She provides 24 hour service. She calls and makes an appointment with me at my convenience and I am not tied into a contract with her. She is nice and she does a good job.

Pat was great! We had agreed to a date and then we were unexpectedly delayed. Pat left several messages and came over anyway, catching us just as we arrived home. She took time to look at the areas where we were seeing the ants before spraying. When I told her we were having the roof repaired where we thought the ants had nested she offered as part of the service to return whenever the roof was opened up to spray that area. Service included free retreatment within 90 days.

They are very thorough, they are all very friendly with their customers, and actually one of quickest to respond. Pretty much I just liked how thorough they were.

Pat came out at the beginning of the summer to spray crevices inside our home and power spray the outside for spiders, and came out again in September to retreat. She is always on time, very thorough, and makes sure she sprays problem areas extra well. She is very pleasant to deal with, and very professional. I will definitely have her back every year to treat.
