Owner was very friendly and stated I needed to make a $100.00 deposit to get my machine repaired.  She would then give it to the gentlemen who repairs machines and she would then call me and state what needed to be done, how much it would possibly cost and when I would get my machine back.  It was a few days later and the owner called and stated that it would take over one week, because he needed to order a new foot peddle and check on the bobbin, which I was having problems with, and make sure the machine was in working order.  About a week later I was told the machine was ready and I needed to pay $77.58.
I came in and took my machine home.  I was unable to use the machine until 2 weeks ago to discover that I still had problems with the bobbin, since when I sew the thread gathers at the bobbin side of the material.  I also discovered that I am unable to get the bobbin to fill in its holder.  I will be taking it back to the store in the near future to get this rectified, as soon as I am able.

I BROKE THE SELF THREADER WHILE TRYING TO THREAD THE NEEDLE. KATHY'S REPAIR CENTER REPLACED THE MECHANISM IN A TIMELY MANNER. IT NOW WORKS GREAT. THE FEE WAS COVERED BY WARRANTY.
