Great Kathleen is a beautiful person, very willing to help and very friendly.  She offered great advice, I would call her again in the future.

Kathleen is a "Heck" of a realtor!  She is creative and finds ways to craft a deal that will get you where you need to go!  She is responsive, concerned about your personal situation and dogged about resolving issues to get the deal done on time and in your best interests!

She is not high pressure. Everything is up to me. She only brings the people that have a serious interest. She makes me feel like I am paramount in the decision. She is very professional, but very affable.

Ms. Heck gave advice as to pricing and staging my previous home.  It sold in approximately 1 month with two offers being made on it.    She helped me navigate the purchase of the new home and it went smoothly.

She is wonderful.  She won't sell customer out for commission.  If the customer is in love with the house, and it is a bad house, she will tell them that not to buy it even if it means there is no sale, and she will tell why she think so.  Not only she had been selling real estate for long time, she owns property.  She is aware of the pitfalls that some of us are not.  She is sold us the house I am in now, she sold the house that we came out of, she sold my mother's house, and she sold the house to another man who moved.  I have been involved in four transactions with her, and every time she has been upfront with her suggestions like I may love this and neighborhood looks good now; but I may not find this as a good investment.  Her commission has always been very reasonable, and it has not come close to pushing the limit of what the market bears in terms of her commission rate.  When we needed help in terms of what title company to use, that sort of things, it is always somebody that she has used to do the business with that treat her customers the same way she does.  If I need somebody to clear out debris to make the house remarkable after I moved, she probably has a name or two, and she stands behind them, which is all very nice when most people don't sell or buy a house terribly often.  She doesn't push those things on the customer, and they have to ask her if they wanted it.  She is not setting up a little network.  First, we have to ask her that we don't have or know anybody and that is when she will tell us.  The person who bought my house around a year ago, tried to come back to me for something, and I called her to ask what's with this.  She said she would take care of that.  She was still representing me, even after the sale had long since closed and life had gone on.  She was superb.  I can't say enough about her.  She handled every transaction I have seen.

I had to sell TWO homes (one in NY State), buy a new home, remodel, and move. It was a very large task to accomplish involving decisions that required time, money, and energy. Kathleen helped every step of the way. I was stretched to my fullest and some times I would reach the breaking point. She would always supply professional advice, personal experiences, and a sense of humor that would re-center me. Kathleen was always prompt, well prepared and organized. I am almost at the end of my long journey (dealing with a contractor that should use some of Kathleen's work ethic).
