The tiles were uneven on the wall. The floor has a "give to it" due to improper subfloor. The plumbing leaks from the shower into the kitchen below. The ceiling was patched and looks awful. The recessed lights have a space between the ring and the drywall. The tile was cut inside the house, leaving a dusty mess. The entire bathroom has to be redone. Have had 4 contractors in for estimates.
