Several problems with house. Plumbing leaks causing basement flooding twice. Multiple repairs of leaking gutter joints, crimped downspouts. Entire first floor hardwood with loose squeeking, tented boards for which a repair was done and the result was that it looked worse and a mismatched wood was used. We will likely need to replace all of the hardwood to get it to an acceptable appearance. Poor drywall joints and finish quality. Bowed studs. Poor quality work on Subfloor, multiple joist creaks and apparently poorly secured subfloor. Will require entire floor to be shored up with additional lumber at our cost. Improperly installed fireplace which subsequent repairs by builder damaged it further and required resorting to a certified installer for the brand, again at our cost. Poor quality tile work. Mismatched granite sections. Just seemed like much was done to minimal grade and project management of subcontractors was poor. My opinion: Unfortunately, these complaints may be common with many builders in these days of minimal grade and interest in profit over product. There are probably worse builders than Greco but there certainly are far better. Overall not a good experience and will be costly for us to correct.
