I just love John! He is great! He comes out once a year to do this service and always lets us know if there are any issues to be looked into. He is just wonderful to work with.

John was prompt and efficient. He did excellent work and installed the line as well as removing an old line that was unused. I would definately recommend him for work.

They came out during the time they said and performed the work quickly. After Dominion East Ohio came out and said there was still a leak, Gas Lines came back out within the hour and corrected the problem and made sure all the gas appliances were working. They even took care of contacting Dominion and ensured the gas was turned on. This is the first time I've ever had to deal with something like this and I was/am extremely happy with them. They treated as more than just a customer but as an individual who really needed their help. I'd more than happy to use them again and recommend their services.

Smelled gas in my house and called a plumbing group from Angie's List. They stated they didn't do gas lines, but offered me a referral to another group that did. They came out and estimated they would take care of it for more than double what John eventually did the repair for, and they wanted to come back two days later. I ended up finding John and Gas Lines from a friend. He came out and did the repair quickly and with little hassle. I would, without reservation, recommend John for gas line work.

Very well. John was very responsive to our calls and got the job done within a few days of our initial contact. He gave us a break on his rate because my husband is a teacher and he was very professional and friendly.

Great! John was friendly. I got a $50 discount because I mentioned Angie's List. Flexible on scheduling. They even arrived a bit early. Finished the job under the time they estimated. The entire experience was refreshing and not my typical contractor experience. I'd use them again in a second, (but hope I don't have to!)

They know what they are doing since they used to work for the Gas company doing the same. They came out estimated, met all inspectors: city and DOT and Dominion Gas, U-dig. From start to finish the job was well organized and completed in 2 days. All I had to do was inspect and write the check. They handled all other issues. Worth the cost since they were qualified, worked fast and had fair price. I wish every company was as good as this one. If you have a gas leak on your property: Call them!!
