The manner in which Falsca conducts business is very unprofessional.

They did a good job and the floor is still holding up pretty nicely.

They worked petty quickly and clean up after themselves. The varnish that they applied did smell for several days afterward.

These folks are the best. They looked at our floor and decided, because of a level difference, that it was unsuitable for wood flooring. They then recommended a competitor who could install either tile or carpeting. Professional, friendly, on-time are the terms I would use to describe these folks. I sure hope we have an opportunity to deal with them sometime in the future.

I talked to him in April and he said he could refinish my floors in the middle of May. He has not called me back or returned messages in the last two months.

Working with Don is great. This is the second time we have used him in our home. He has refinished all the hardwood floors in our house and has done an excellent job. You get a quality job at a good, competitive price. Don and his very small crew are professional, courteous, and efficient. Don does not cut corners and his number one priority is customer satisfaction. He won't try to sell you things that you don't need. I can't say enough good things about Don and our experience with him. We got estimates from a lot of different companies but no one comes close to matching Falasca's in quality and value.

Prompt response. Professional. Exceptional quality work. Another contractor attempted to restore the hardwood floors and made a huge mess of the project. Don came along and restored floors to their original beauty. He did an amazing job.

Our floors look fantastic. Don does the jobs himself and is very meticulous. We first met him several months ago when he refinished the hardwood floors in our kitchen. At that time, that was all we planned to do, but the floors turned out so great that we hired him to do the dining and living rooms too. It only took 3 days and he cleaned up very well each day. Hardly any dust. When we called to confirm the job, it took them 2 days to get back to us, but that wasn't a big deal. He also called one morning to let us know he'd be a bit late arriving. He was also mindful of our cats not getting out during the job. We'd definitely recommend him.

THIS IS A HUSBAND/WIFE TEAM. WHEN THEY REFINISHED OUR FLOORS, THEY WERE ALSO ABLE TO MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR AREA CARPET, WHICH WE PURCHASED FROM THEM.

ADVISED US TO DELAY HAVING WORK DONE. DIDN'T TRY TO SELL US WORK THAT WASN'T NEEDED. HIS WIFE SELLS AREA RUGS AND STAYED FOR AN HOUR OFFERING ADVICE, THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND IMPRESSIVE.
