EDELMAN PLUMBING SUPPLY INC

We spent two hours in the store, looking at alternatives and describing our needs to the sales rep. Since one of the openings is narrow we selected a particular model of shower doors - glass only, no frame. The order was for "1/4'' glass frameless" doors and included a hand-drawing of the desired door. The two doors that we received were a different model than what we picked. The glass was thinner than the promised 1/4'' and had a framed trim that narrowed the entrance to the shower by 3''. In addition, the framed trims did not match the color of the hinges.
They were both the wrong doors and defective ones.
Edelman never took responsibility of ordering the wrong doors, and took three months(!) of repeated requests on our part to get their supplier to agree to take back the doors. By that time, our bathroom project had finished and we moved into the house. 
Replacing the shower doors now requires tile work and will be time consuming, messy and pricy. Edelman would not acknowledge this cost and inconvenience caused by their mistake and very-long response time.
We are greatly disappointed by the store and its the customer service. We will not shop there again.
