Stopped in their store on a whim to look at purchasing mulch in bulk. Store clerks were awesome and walked us "first timers" through the process. Dropped off 6 cubic yards of much the next day, exactly where we asked them to drop it. Product was great, high quality! Have been getting many compliments. Our neighbors also bought from them after our recommendation.

The first job they were quite expensive but did a very nice job. The second job they more economical but the quality of the work was not as high, so we did not include them in the bid we were doing this year to have our back yard done. I got the feeling they used the second job as fill work to do when they had no other jobs, so they didn't do it continuously and the quality suffered. They didn't get it done in the timeframe we asked for before we were leaving town, so our neighbors ended up having to water the new seed while we were gone and they didn't do it right, so the lawn died in that spot.

I had gone to Earth To You Landscape Supply Inc and ordered it. They seemed friendly and they were very good about dumping it. When they dumped it they dumped it on the tarp I had and made sure that it was not scattered all over the place. They were neat about it and I didn't have any problems. The good thing is that I appreciate it and I have nothing bad to report. I had looked in other places and Earth To You was coming in cheaper for the same product.

We have used them before, but not for few years. We are going to use them. They visit overall went fine. We got $10 off on the price. The price was reasonable. The quality of their service was fine. I can’t remember we had a problem with punctuality. I will use them again.

Did not show up on time. Some days showed up without our knowledge. Increased price two times through project. One in front of workers. Seeded grass said would come back in two weeks for first mowing. Never showed. Also, 1/2 of grass did not come in despite our continuous watering. They seeded too lightly. One worker very good other one on cell phone all the time despite us telling the manager. We used the Cleveland site not the Westlake site. The manager was very unprofessional.

POOR- THEY DID NOT COME OUT AS SCHEDULED. I MADE THEM AWARE OF THE WEEDS AND POSSIBLE INSECT PROBLEMS AND THEY NEVER CAME TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEMS. EACH TIME I CALLED I WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK AND TAKE CARE OF IT- WHICH WAS NEVER DONE. THE PROBLEMS PERSISTED. I ENDED UP HAVING TO DO THE WORK MYSELF.

THE WRONG STONES WERE DELIVERED AND WHEN I CALLED TO ARRANGE DELIVERY OF THE CORRECT MATERIAL, I WAS TRANSFERRED TO THE OWNER, GEORGE MIKRIDGE, WHO PROCEEDED TO SCREAM AT ME AND INSISTED IT WAS MY FAULT.(?!) HE WAS RUDE, ARROGANT & CONDESCENDING. HE QUICKLY LOST HIS TEMPER AND WOULD NOT LISTEN TO ME. HE CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO COME TO THE HOUSE TO SEE WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT- HE AGREED THEY WERE THE WRONG STONES, BUT STILL INSISTED IT WAS MY FAULT AND WAS VERY UNCOOPERATIVE. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. AS MENTIONED EARLIER, THE PREVIOUS 4 TIMES WERE FINE- THE RECEPTIONIST, DELIVERY DRIVERS, EVERYONE WAS WONDERFUL. HOWEVER, AFTER I MET THE *&^%#@ OWNER, I WOULD NEVER, EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

I USE THEM EVERY YEAR AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED. THEY ARE VERY PROMPT AT RESOLVING PROBLEMS AND REALLY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE EVERYTHING RIGHT.
