We got several estimates and E.H. Roberts was by far the lowest price.  We had used E.H. Roberts before to service our old furnace and air conditioner, so we were comfortable with using them.
It was difficult to get in touch with the owner after he gave us the quote.  We finally called the office and set-up an appointment.  They arrived on time and everything was done well.  Since it wasn't cold enough to test the furnace, they schedule a separate free appointment for the final test.
We bought a monthly program from them for $11.95 a month.  This includes the spring air conditioner check-up and the fall furnace check-up, plus 15% off parts if needed.  With the costs of check-ups going up, we feel we are getting a fair deal.
We would definitely use them again.

I am on contract with them. I pay monthly and then they come twice a year to check that out, and I also get any discount services if I need new air conditioner or repair on my furnace. There was something with my air conditioner compressor that I'm going to need to be repaired and they already gave me the cost, they locked in the cost, and told me that if I needed the work done, they would stand on the cost they gave me at the time of coming out. I would recommend them. Their prices are very reasonable. I checked them out.
