Excellent! Highly recommend. They were very prompt and did a great job!

Job completed in November 2016. There is a 3 foot overhang around the 4 sides of home. In the front of the house, apparently longer nails were used for the shingles over the overhang and they came through and split the wood in many areas and left the protruding nails exposed.  This did not happen on the other 3 sides of the house.  Pieces of wood were splintered off and some left hanging.  Looks terrible. Their so called inspector was told about it and he had some smart remark that things like that happen when a new roof is installed.  It's been more than a month since I called them that I wanted the small repairs made and caulking applied where necessary.  I included pictures also. NO RESPONSE from them in any way.

This company was easy to work with, especially for as large of a project that we had, which was revamping almost the entire exterior of the house. They were friendly and patient while we made all the design choices. The owner did the roof estimate and a crew knocked that out in 6 hrs. A foreman estimated the rest of the project and was actually there for the install, so there wasn't any confusion as to what we wanted/needed done. Overall great communication by email and phone and the house looks so much better.

It went very well.  We had to wait for the windows to be ordered, but they managed our expectations as to the length of time.  The installers were great.  They very quickly replaced the 13 windows and took away the old windows.  You wouldn't have known they were there, they cleaned up meticulously.
We used this company before for our roof about 6 years ago.  We loved their work and that's one of the reasons we used them again.  We would definitely use this company again.

Everything went very well.  Paul from DiSilvestro Roofing responded very quickly to my request for an estimate.  The estimate was provided in  timely manner by Linda in their office via email.  The price was very good compared to another estimate I had received.  Because I had used Paul before for some repair work on that house, I knew everything would go well, so I gave them the go-ahead to do the work.  The job was completed within a week.  I appreciated that Paul was willing to do this because it was a small job although it required someone go up to the peaks of the roof on a very tall ladder.  They did  a great job to  match the existing siding and everything looked great upon completion.  They also did a good job cleaning up.  Thanks to Paul, Linda, and the crew who handled this repair for me.

They were timely with their estimate; it was thoroughly documented, and they saw additional work that needed to be performed but didn't pressue us to commit to it at this time.

Fixed the leak

The two person crew arrived as promised, completed the work in one hour, and were very courteous.

The crew did an excellent job and completed a large job in two days in the blistering sun.  I spoke with a few of them and they were all very respectful and appreciative for the water and snacks provided.  The crew boss was a nice guy who went out of his way to make sure things were done correctly.  The clean-up was thorough and quick.  I've referred them to a friend for repair work.  I don't foresee any problems with the roof but If there's any leaks or problems in the future and a reasonable response isn't received, I'll make sure it's noted on this site.

Well we had hail damage to the roof and a chimney that was in need of repair from the cold/heat issues we have in  the winter.  Paul is a great guy and the work was done quickly, correctly, and lasts well so far.  I am writing this review four years later and I have to say I am still happy. worth every penny.  We are selling out house now and the roof and gutters look fantastic still.  We had a  slight drip at the end of one of the gutters.  The gutter guy came right out and fixed it and its totally perfect.

They did the job very quickly.  We had a leak where an addition had been put on at the back of our house.  The company explained everything well, and I was satisfied with their honesty, the quality of the work, and price.  The leak mainly occurred (occurs, unfortunately) only when the rain is coming from the south.   They told me that they fixed the problem by removing some siding and putting waterproof material underneath, etc.  The leak came back within a couple of years.  I called Disylvestro repeatedly to get them to look at it.  I did not even care about warranty, etc., I just wanted the leak stopped.  They never returned any of my calls.  I understand that some houses present problems that cannot be fixed immediately.  I would have given them a higher rating, even with the return of the leak, had they had the courtesy to return my phone calls.  I suspect were my roof out of warranty, I'd have heard from them right away.  

UPDATE:  After posting the above review, the company sent someone who put flashing and waterproofing on some siding areas that were the likely cause of the leaks.  We have been dry since then.  I was not charged for the work and we have been leak free since then.  I therefore increased my ratings, because except for this problem and their slow response to my phone calls, they were fast, courteous, and professional.

All went very well.  Paul DiSilvestro and crew were completely professional and honest.    Everything was completed in a timely fashion.  The job took two days and at the end of both days our yard was left spotless.  Would definitely recommend.

Local businessman who is proud of his company.  Was very price competitive.  Made me comfortable that he was not trying to sell extraneous bells and whistles but rather appropriate amount of work needed.  Arrived with his crews as arranged and performed all tasks in workmanlike manner.  Cleaned up area at end of every day.  Responded well to miscellaneous minor follow up issues.

Paul was very responsive to all questions.  He explained in detail what he proposed doing, the products he recommended.  He gave an estimate on when they would be able to do the work (obvious allowances for weather given the nature of the work).  On the day he said they would start work, the ladders were by the side of the house by 7:30 AM every day.  They were polite and professional and worked complete days until the job was complete.
During the tear-off, they broke our front bay window.  Paul asked us to repair the window and send the bill.  We had the manufacturer replace the window and they refunded us, no questions asked.

Everything was excellent! We had a little issue after, but they came out right way to fix it. I was very pleased with the service.

They did an awesome job. They brought a crew of probably six or seven depot, and they did that job from beginning to end in about a week. The job has been excellent. It's been in place for five years. They were very professional, reliable, honest, responsive, and helpful, and I haven't had any issues. I am very pleased with the work they did.

There were initially numerous problems with the work, but they came back early this summer and fixed them to my satisfaction.

I found him on Angie's List. Everything he did was great. I give him an A rating in all the categories. I was impressed that even the smallest details discussed at the time of the estimate were taken care of months later when the job was done. I would recommend him.

Do Sweep the driveway before you pull the cars back in! Would recommend to friends.

We felt obligated to be home during the project, but did not need to.
